The file download at checkout will be a readme file only. Your book will be sent to you via Bookfunnel from help@bookfunnel.com and will appear in your Bookfunnel library at https://my.bookfunnel.com/. Read or listen on your favourite reading app, your browser, or on the Bookfunnel reading app.

It is impossible to accept returns on digital items. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me and I will do my best to see that you are.

Physical

Books and stationery items ship in two days from my home in Peace River, Alberta, Canada within two business days. There is a local pick-up option available during checkout.

Merchandise (mugs, apparel, and tote bags) is made on demand and drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer (with various shipping origins), usually within five business days.

Destinations

I ship to Canada, the USA, and the UK. If you wish to order from another country, please contact me to get a shipping quote.

Methods

All orders shipped from the author are sent by Canada Post, insured and trackable. Drop-shipped orders are sent by USPS or Canada Post, expedited speed, insured, and trackable.

Rates

Shipping rates are a flat rate based on weight.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact me within 30 days of receipt to request a return.
